Private and Public gender inclusiveness in decision-making positions: why and how?
Event part of the FBF Women in Finance initiative.
When
15 June 2022
14:30 - 17:30 CET
Where
Sala Europa
Villa Schifanoia
The event will focus on the role of women in leadership positions in political and financial institutions.
Both private and public sectors are still far away from being truly gender-inclusive and diversified, which raises the questions of the barriers to further diversity and possible private and policy initiatives.
This event includes three presentations featuring different sectors and perspectives, including on the limited gender diversity in the management of Europe’s largest financial institutions; the rise of female leaders in international financial institutions, and whether inclusive political leadership can deliver more sustainable governance.
Speakers include journalists from Reuters, EUI research fellows in history and inclusive leadership and a panel discussion led by the former FBF Director Elena Carletti.
Participation on site will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis. The seminar can also be attended via Zoom.
