Biography

Sanja Andreevska is a Research Assistant at the Florence School of Finance and Banking. She is involved in supporting the organisation of seminars and training activities of the school and the development of new training activities in the area of digital finance and digital currencies.

Previously, Sanja held the position of Risk Modeler at a bank in North Macedonia, focusing on portfolio analysis, enhancement and validation of PD and LGD Models. In addition, she served as a Project Assistant for the digitalisation of the credit application process. In parallel, Sanja and her team organised the First Fintech Academy in North Macedonia during the academic year 2022-2023. Before pursuing her master’s degree, she also worked in the Ministry of Finance in North Macedonia within the Public Debt Management Department. Sanja holds a master’s degree in Finance and Banking from Ghent University.
