Biography

Paulina Przewoska works at the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) Secretariat, hosted by the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, where she leads a team working on financial stability analysis and macroprudential policy for banks and non-bank financial intermediaries. Throughout her career, Paulina has gained extensive first-hand experience of EU policymaking and legislative processes. Before joining the ESRB Secretariat, she was a Senior Policy Analyst at Finance Watch, a Brussels-based public interest organisation advocating for a more stable financial system. She also brings experience from a national supervisory authority, where she headed a unit responsible for prudential oversight of investment firms. Paulina began her career in consulting in Poland and Germany.
