Biography

Pablo Marina is a PhD researcher at the European University Institute. His research focuses on the governance of corporate groups in the European Union, with special attention to the financial intragroup relationships. He is a qualified lawyer in Spain, where he practiced as lawyer in the litigation and arbitration department of several international law firms. He holds two LLM degrees, one from Universidad de Navarra and another one from the European University Institute.
