Mina Ames is a key member of our Global Board & CEO, Financial Services and Digital & Technology Officer Practice . She brings a global perspective, having lived and worked in Australia, NZ, Singapore, USA, UK and Europe, offering deep insights into cultural sensitivities in talent attraction and mobility. Mina plays a pivotal role advising Chairs, Boards and CEOs on their evolving leadership capabilities needed to shape their organisations in an increasingly complex, technology-driven world.

She has deep expertise across financial services, fintech, technology and SaaS, and is known for helping organisations attract top tier talent across diverse geographies and cultures. Her core focus is on the transformative power of technology, digital innovation, data and analytics and how these forces are reshaping leadership at both the Board and Executive levels.
