Biography

Dr Mikołaj Barczentewicz is a law professor at the University of Surrey. He leads the “Regulation of Crypto-Finance” research project and works, among other things, on legal and policy questions surrounding market structure and market manipulation in crypto-asset markets. Dr Barczentewicz has research affiliations with Stanford Law School and with the University of Oxford, where he received his doctorate. Before his graduate studies at Oxford, he studied and practiced Polish and EU law in Poland.
