Biography

Michelle Neal has over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, with responsibility for leading and transforming businesses spanning large geographies, regulatory domains, and asset classes. Prior to Fnality, she served as head of the Markets Group at the New York Fed, held senior executive roles at major global banks including CEO of BNY Markets and served in non-exec board roles at a range of leading market infrastructure companies.
