Biography

Leopoldo Pérez Obregón is a Research Associate at the Florence School of Banking and Finance. He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires, holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Maastricht University and the United Nations University–MERIT, and has over six years of working experience as a capital markets lawyer and regulator at Argentina’s financial authority, the Comisión Nacional de Valores. Previously, he worked as a Communication Officer at the United Nations University in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
