Biography

Klodiana Musaraj is a Supervisor in the AML and Compliance team of Sustainable Banking and Governance Division within DG Horizontal Line Supervision, where she coordinates AML- related policies, represents the ECB in various working groups and fora and advises JSTs on prudential AML matters. She joined the ECB in 2017 and has since been working in different business areas (Authorisation, JSTs, Non-Financial Risk Division) within the SSM. Prior to joining the ECB, she worked for several years as a Legal Counsel in the banking sector as well as a Supervisor at the Austrian Financial Market Authority. Klodiana has extensive experience in financial law and banking supervision. She holds a law degree from the University of Vienna.
