Biography

Julie Pellizzari is a Research Associate at the Florence School of Banking and Finance (FBF). Her work focuses on climate, environmental and nature risks to the financial sector. Before joining the FBF, Julie worked as a researcher and policy analyst in academic institutions and international organizations such as the Venice-based Risk Assessment and Adaptation Strategy Division of the Euro-Mediterranean Centre on Climate Change, the World Bank, and the Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Julie has gained work experience in West Africa, North Africa, Brazil and Europe in the field of sustainable development and climate change.
