Biography

Jamila Boutemeur is the Head of the Threat Analysis team within the Operations and Situational Awareness Unit at ENISA. She has been working in the defence and security industry for 15 years, and was a Senior CTI analyst for the last 8 years, including in the private industry, public administration, and international organisation, with a specific focus on State-aligned cyber offensive activities, threats to operational technology, and proliferation in the cyber domain.
