Biography

Giacomo Massa is a Policy Expert at the Single Resolution Board (SRB), where he has worked since 2022. He previously worked on the development on capital, liquidity and crisis management policies at the Bank of England. Before that, he worked at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), focusing on financial stability and economic research.
