Biography

Floriana Grimaldi is a Team Lead at the European Central Bank. Since the inception of the SSM, she has been responsible for building up, developing and maintaining the methodologies through which SSM off-site supervisors assess internal governance and risk management areas such as management body effectiveness, internal controls, risk culture and remuneration. In her previous post at Banca d’Italia, she was part of direct supervision of domestic banks, asset management companies and investment firms.
