Biography

Emiliano Carchen is a Principal at Oliver Wyman’s Milan office with 14+ years of experience in Financial Services. Member of the Corporate and Institutional Banking practice (CIB), Emiliano works mainly with investment banks and asset managers to review their business models and positionings, identify growth strategies and implement commercial effectiveness and change management programs. Carchen has extensive experience in the banking restructuring and consolidation process acquired leading the recapitalisation processes for some Italian banks and supporting their dialogue with supervisors, regulators and professional investors. He holds a Double-degree in engineering, 1st degree Honours from Ecole Centrale Paris (ECP) and Politecnico di Milano. He is fluent in Italian, English, and French. Emiliano Joined Oliver Wyman in 2014 after various experiences in the capital market division of Tier I Investment Banks.
