Biography

Dr. Danilo Raponi is the Group Head of Innovation at Generali, Managing Director of the company’s Innovation Fund, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the House of Insurtech Switzerland, and is responsible for Generali Ventures. Danilo is a member of the Supervisory Committee of Mundi Ventures, is a Partner at 9”inch Capital, and is an angel investor in several tech startups. He is an Advisory Board Member of MIT Technology Review Italy and has lectured at the University of Zurich and at the Goethe University of Frankfurt. Danilo holds a MSc summa cum laude from LUISS University in Rome, an MBA from the Bocconi School of Management and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
