Biography

Allan Kearns is a recognised expert in risk management & financial supervision with over 20 years professional experience supported by postgraduate qualifications in economics, risk management and analytics. Currently leading financial supervision teams in operational resilience, technology and 3rd party risk and supporting the roll out of DORA in Ireland. Allan has held a number of non-executive board roles, including as Board Chair and Chair of Audit & Risk Committees. He enjoys educating financial services professionals on analytics, risk management and organisational culture topics.
